This page explains what Harkness Legal Clinic collects through this website and what it does with it.

What we collect

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, date and message you type. Like most websites, the site may also log basic visit data, such as the pages visited and the type of browser.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you and to decide whether the clinic can help. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Please keep the form short

Don’t put Social Security numbers, medical records or other children’s names in the form. We’ll ask for those in person if we need them.

How long we keep it

Messages from families we cannot help are deleted after a short period. Files for families we represent are kept as the clinic’s professional rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent by writing to help@harknessclinic.org or calling (810) 555-0142.
